Boston 6th Graders “Stomp the Swamp” in May 2016

Boston 6th Grade classes participated in the Swamp Stomp held at Kingsbury Fish & Wildlife area, in La Porte County, May 17th & 18th. Rick Glassman from the Soil & Water Conservation District led the Swamp Stomp.

Throughout the day, students visited a fish hatchery, participated in an aquatic study, and trudged through a very messy wetland swamp. Students were wet, muddy, & messy by end of the stomp.
