Anchor Home Health Care, a well established, quality driven Home Health Care agency that leads the area in adult and pediatric home ventilator nursing care is looking for RNs and LPNs for Private Duty Work in the LaPorte County area.
The nurse will be qualified professional RN/LPN who is responsible for providing direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician to acutely ill, and/or chronically ill patients in their homes. Client Case Management including oversight of planning, coordination, and delivery of quality care services to the client in the home setting, licensed in the state of Indiana with one year nursing experience required.
